Deliveries within New Zealand are made by NZ Couriers and will arrive 3-7 working days from the date of your order. All deliveries are traceable and require a signature, unless you the customer requests the parcel is left. Requesting this gives the courier authority to leave the parcel unattended at your chosen address if they believe there is a safe place to leave it, and Joe’s Garage will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed products.

We charge the following shipping rates within New Zealand or all orders, varying by location and quantity of items delivered.

All deliveries within Canterbury are charged at $5.18 for any parcel size

All prices on our website are in NZ Dollars and are inclusive of 15% GST. If you’re order is being delivered outside of NZ, then we will not charge you GST, but you will need to pay your countries custom fees and import duties when you receive your package.

 All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologise if your items are unavailable and will contact you to offer a refund or to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as priority once stock has been delivered to Joe’s Garage.
